We are installing Nonmag sensors on water meters that are compatible with pulse meter readings for totalizer calculations, enabling the measurement of water usage. All installed sensors are integrated into an online monitoring system and directly connected to the billing system, enabling seamless utility tracking and efficient tenant billing processes.

Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (KBN) is an integrated industrial area management company with bonded status that functions as an Export Processing Zone (EPZ) and non-bonded, as well as logistics services which include transportation, mechanics & documents (forwarding), and warehousing businesses. At KBN, we are also implementing sensors to read the water usage of each customer with a total monitoring of 150 sensors in the first phase. Proof Of Concept has been carried out at KBN with the installation of nonmag sensors to assist in monitoring the water usage of each KBN tenant. Monitoring is done online using the IKI's monitoring website.

PT Kawasan Industri Makassar (KIMA) strives to become a Smart, Modern, and Green Industrial Estate with the largest operational output. To meet the monitoring needs of this industrial zone, we are prepared to assist in the measurement and calculation of wastewater discharge from each customer’s outlet. The discharge calculations are performed automatically by IoT sensors installed on the outlet pipes. All flow meters are integrated into an online monitoring system using LoRaWAN technology for seamless data transmission. In addition to installing flow meters and RTU sensors, we have also developed the necessary LoRa infrastructure to ensure reliable wireless data transmission across the entire industrial area.

PT Bekasi Power is a power generation company based in West Java, Indonesia. Established in 2007, it operates as a subsidiary of PT Jababeka Tbk. The power plant has a capacity of 130 megawatts (MW), generated from steam and gas (PLTGU), and strengthens the Bekasi–Karawang electricity network through the Cibatu substation owned by PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). As a power company, monitoring electricity usage distributed by PT Bekasi Power is crucial. While they have already installed KWh meters, these meters currently cannot be monitored wirelessly. Therefore, we, as an IoT company, propose digitalization solutions by adding devices without replacing the existing meters to collect and transmit electricity usage data from each KWh meter and tenant using LoRaWAN technology.
