On 6 November 2025, Perseroda PITS (PT Pembangunan Investasi Tangerang Selatan), together with PT IoT Kreasi Indonesia, conducted a company visit to Aetra Air Tangerang to explore modern water management practices. The session highlighted how technology can enhance transparency, efficiency, and service reliability.

The group was warmly received by the current board members of Aetra Air Tangerang, which includes Mr. Muhammad Fauzan as the President Director, and Mr. Hadi Susatyo Setyono as the Commercial Director of Aetra, who shared the company’s vision and operational strategies for delivering dependable clean water services. They also emphasized the role of this technology in enabling faster, data-driven decisions.

Aetra’s representatives demonstrated how the water meter add-on sensors provided by IoT Kreasi Indonesia support household water distribution monitoring and optimize billing cut-off process. These devices provide calculations of accurate usage data without manual intervention, thus helping improve Aetra's services to every customer.

Afterwards, the representatives of IoT Kreasi Indonesia also further showcased how sensor data is transmitted through the LoRaWAN network and displayed in real time on a web-based online dashboard, supporting constant monitoring and more responsive in making operational decisions.

This knowledge-sharing session is expected to provide Perseroda PITS with valuable insights into best practices in water management and the adoption of digital technology to strengthen service performance.
